"I hate to checkout myself..and the ppl. That's there to help just look at you, offer no help.. only 2 cashier open.. and the line for them was very long.. our older adults need help bagging.. moms with small kids need help..open more cashiers.. your not thinking about your Customers..we hate self check out"

"The one time I use a checkout lane some teenager scans one of my items twice I’m sure it was on accident but still. His name was Tim he was kinda buff and mixed. I want my 4$ back but am not broke enough to go out of my way. Do better Walmart or I’ll start taking my things to self checkout and get my money back my own way if you know what I mean ;)"

"Patricia K was working the customer service/return register today and was really patient and helpful. i had 4 receipts and a lot of items and she was so nice even though i didn’t know which items went to which receipt. thank you for being so nice!"

"I have shopped here for years and have been over all pleased. Lately, and especially today I felt unsafe. The self checkouts are being maned by staff due to thief in the store from what I was told. A young woman who looked on drugs and showing her underwear inappropriately broke in line did not have enough money so went outside and got money and held up line longer to pay. Then when went outside their were 4-5 cars in side parking lot just hanging out and staring at people with trunks open and doors open. On many occasions I have been approached in parking lot for money. These people are getting more aggressive. Personally I understand being in need of help, homeless and drug users, they don’t bother me as a rule. I tried to call store and report but no one is answering the phone. There needs to be security and more help such as cashiers. Some of the ladies are so nice and friendly. What these managers do to them is outrageous. I will not be back for a awhile if ever. Not until the parking lot is cleaned up and more force of security shown for safety ."

"Stopped in to the auto center to have my car battery replaced. What a great experience. The woman behind the check in counter was very courteous and efficient. The technician had my battery installed in about ten minutes. He was very professional as well. It was just a pleasant surprise. I just didn't expect it to be so smooth. Thank you to the incredible employees on Walmart Auto Center."
