Cahaly's Custom Clothing and Suits

"I really wanted to love this place as there aren’t many bespoke tailoring places around. However after spending a good deal for a suit that did not fit, I won’t be returning. I understand many times after a suit is made things need to be altered, but it was the lack of desire to make things right after the suit clearly had an issue that rubbed me the wrong way. I came back to the store to have the suit looked at, and I asked what we could do about it. I was told “looks ok to me, sometimes that’s just the way it fits our body” even after I repeatedly stated that something was off. Both my wife and other friends agreed that there was an issue with the suit’s fit at one of the shoulders / arms. Considering that it was custom made for a hefty price, it should be nearly perfect. Furthermore, there should be an effort to make things right, which was not present. I ended up taking the suit to a tailor in town who immediately noticed the problem and fixed it for me. I shouldn’t have had to do this for a custom suit. It should have been fixed by the people who sold it to me."
