"This company sent one worker to my house that didn't know how to use an allen wrench to tighten the Fridge handle. This company was at my home 13+ times for the same problem in the 5 years of warranty for my fridge. Turns out there was a recall on the defective part that they never checked. I never got a certified repair person until my warranty was expired."
"I told KG when he arrived that I had done diagnostic on fridge and the ice maker needed replacing. He laughed at me. Worked on fridge 10 mins. Said it was frozen water in line and ice should start making soon. And I looked and it wasn’t even turned on. So I turned it on and it still does not work. He was contacted through whirlpool who obviously doesn’t look at reviews ha! Well I refuse to let him continue robbing whirlpool and it’s customers."
"Can't get a live person on the phone, can't leave a message. You must email to communicate with them. I sent an email asking them to call me to coordinate a date/time for an appointment. Never received a call, but on the day I had asked for an appointment received a phone call at 8:20am and was told I had an appointment at 9am. Was unable to leave work. Rescheduled, took the morning off after they told me told me they had put me on for an early morning appointment (I still wasn't given a time farm for the appointment). This time I received a call telling me my appointment slot was from 11am-3pm. Asked home warranty company to change my service provider. Poor customer service, poor communication, and they act like all of this is your fault. Seek your service elsewhere."
"Lowe's sent a tech out to repair our washer. The tech who came out was very nice and tried his best but ran into trouble. He called his boss for help. I could hear his boss names Kenneth Goodman being hateful to the tech. He said there was nothing else they could do for us, for us to contact lowes. My husband got on the phone with him and he was beyond rude!! We got his information and my husband hung up. The man called his tech back and said "put their machine back together, get the hell out of there and we aren't going back!" We heard him say that. The poor tech, was speechless. This company is terrible!! I highly do not recommend. The response from the owner on other reviews was is so unprofessional and uneducated. It's a shame, I am a local business owner and I would never treat a customer this way! In response to the owners response. The tech asked his boss for help and the owner refused to come out and help. I do understand that there can be unforseeable issues, however it is how it is handled. My husband doesn't have a rude bone in his body. I missed a whole day of work because of this. The tech most certainly didn't do it on purpose, but in trying to get the washer apart he made the washer unrepairable. The washer is no good anymore. It couldn't even be put back together to return to lowes we had to take it back in pieces. Thankfully, Lowes replaced our washer. If you use Lowes, I would make sure that this company is not sent. You will regret it. Again, the owners response is so unprofessional. I do not personally believe all customers are right necessarily, but I do follow the motto that "all customers are right" in my own business. I would NEVER call a customer an idiot. I will be involving the better business bureau on this company. Please see the pics added for the mess that they left behind for me to clean up."
