"While visiting family in early September my daughter cracked the screen on her phone. I had a problem finding the shop I had initially called to get her phone repaired. However, I passed by the Phone Factory Repair Center and decided to stop there. I was really pleased at how quickly the phone was repaired and expecially happy about the cost. I did not hesitate to use this establishment a 2nd time, during my visit, for another phone which also needed a screen replacement. I received the same great service and price. My personal experience on both occasions exceeded my expectations and I would definitely use this company again. I intentionally waited awhile before submitting my review to make sure I did not experience any issues with the repairs that were done on either phone. I am truly pleased!"

I came here to get my phone fixed by a professional instead Phone Factory Repair Center put an off brand and cheap battery in my phone and I don’t want to let these money grubbers think they did a good job"

"DO NOT COME HERE! GO TO UBREAKIFIX OR CPR!! First, I came in for a screen repair a few months ago because it stopped working. They replaced it with a cheap LCD screen. I had to go back and pay an extra $100 for a higher quality screen because it was so bad, but that’s my fault for not reading the fine print again. I accepted it and moved on. This past weekend, I had issues with my SIM card not working. I took it to UBreakIFIX, and they said that because this business did not use the proper sealant when they put my screen on, it allowed for water damage to happen so easily that even something as simple as a hot shower can make it have damage. The guys at UBreakIFIX were great, but it’s just frustrating that my phone had to be repaired again because this place did a poor quality service. DO NOT COME HERE!"
