"I was traveling 3.5 hours to Clemson for a work event and experienced car trouble on the way that only got worse at the end of the day. Nobody within a 15 mile radius of Clemson would see me until I was able to reach Meineke of Anderson. They took my car after 5 PM (when they close at 6), ran the appropriate diagnostics were able to get me back on the road and able to make it home. The staff was very friendly, understood that it was important for me to get home, and took the time necessary to fix my issues. Thank you to the entire staff for your assistance and for providing a good end to a long day."

"Been using this shop for 6 or so years and havnt had any issues and have always been satisfied with the service. Today was my first with a couple little issues. When i checked in for my 11 oclock appt. they told me they were short on mechanics and were running a little behind sooo ok it happens but it was actually an hour. 10/15/20 min is a little and hour is a bit more than a little. Fortunately i didnt have any other appts. that day. And my tires were not rotated as part of the the service. I come to this shop because of the honesty and consistent service i have recieved here. These arent major issues but little things are the main ones that keep me coming back. Suggest next time ur running an hour behind call and let the customer know and let them decide if they want or can wait an hour. Ill b back im sure it was just, one a those days."

"Our radiator cracked on the Saturday before Christmas and I was grateful they were able to get the car in that day. Unfortunately, it required a new radiator, and understandably, a replacement wouldn’t available be until after Christmas. Once they got the new radiator, they were able to get it done the next day at a fair price. Very happy with their service."

"Grateful to Meineke for taking my Ford Escape as a walk-in 2 days before Christmas, and for their patience with me as my vehicle proved to be very difficult (weird alternator location and hard-to-fit seals, etc). I am very far from home and dont know anyone in Anderson to recommend mechanics for me. I chose Meineke and I'm so glad I did. I appreciated all the interactions I had. I know nothing about vehicles and their repairs, and the guys at Meineke never talked down to me or made me feel dumb. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and what my options were. They also threw in a free wheel alignment for me! I have other repairs that need doing, but couldn't have them done all at the same time. I will be returning to Meineke to have them done. Thanks to all the wonderful mechanics at Meineke!"

"I brought my 2014 Accord to Meineke in Anderson South Carolina for a new starter after leaving Honda because I have car shield and Car Shield wouldn’t pay Honda, I was told the price Honda was charging was too much. So I was informed by a representative at Car Shield they will email me several places that I could take my vehicle and I chose to go to Meineke. So once I got to Meineke the man at the counter name Mike was the one who assisted me with my vehicle. He kept in touch with me during the process when he called Car Shield and spoke to an agent there who wasn’t the best. He gave me two options on getting a new starter. The 1st was to allow Meineke to get the part which was more money or have Car Shield send the part which would take approximately 3 days and would be less, this is the choice that the agent gave to him. So in order for me to save money I chose the second choice. But Mike told me he called back and spoke to someone else and who allowed for Meineke to get the part which allowed me to get my vehicle back within a day as I didn’t have to wait the 3 days for the starter to arrive from whoever Car Shield was ordering it from. Mike was very helpful and I would take my vehicle there anytime but as far as Car Shield don’t get it, you would be better off just paying out of pocket. I had Car Shield for over two years and payed every month and never needed it until now and they wouldn’t even pay Honda."
