"I brought my Nintendo switch for repairs because it wasn't turning on. They had it for 2 months. I know he was trying his best, but it kinda sucked that he didn't tell me what was going on at times. And sometimes he would tell me he would tell me how it went but then forgot to do so. In the end my switch couldn't be fixed, but at least he didn't charge me, after all the issue wasn't solved. I just wished he would have told me earlier that he couldn't fix it. Still, he was very nice to me and explained in person what was wrong with it when I went to pick it up."

The owner (Erick) tried to not charge me a dime even though he had to take time to take console apart to find the problem. I made him take $20 anyway. Excellent customer service and very professional. He scans your product bar code upon arrival to assure no mix up with other customer products. He provides you a order ticket with your info as well. Will definitely do business here again and you should too!"
