"We are very happy with our experience with Five Star. We called them when our heater was not working because my sister recently had a very positive experience with them. They responded quickly to our first service call. We ended up needing new ducting and an additional return added. They were able to complete the work in 3 days. Our tech was Jack and he mentioned it was his first ducting job as the lead. He was very professional and punctual. He explained everything he was doing. We felt very confident in the job that was being done. They were respectful of our home and very clean. We could not tell they had been there when they were all done. We could tell Jack and the crew were going above and beyond to make sure the job was being done properly. We even had a follow-up visit to make sure everything looked good and was working properly. We will definitely be recommending them to others and calling them for any other needs we have in the future."

"Hector was wonderfully knowledgeable and offered options to consider with costs for each. We'll see how it goes. Next day - install went very well. The array of pipes and valves look organized and accessible, when needed. The surrounding area was a mess before he arrived. It is clean now. He finished with an easy to follow explanation of what he did and how to operate the new system. He left his card as a direct contact, if needed. He was polite, articulate, and professional ... and delivered well timed humor. The final test ..... does it work ?? the jury is still out, but the past 18 hours are promising. "Both Chandler and Regi were extremely professional from the time they greeted me at the door to placing their booties on prior to entering or reentering the house which is unfortunately not the case with many if not most other companies. They were extremely courteous, thorough and very knowledge which was impressive, especially compared to most companies we have dealt with that are affiliated with various home warranty companies we've used over the years. There's actually no comparison. We will be seriously considering their service plans and other services very in the future. Great job guys and great company representation!"

"Second time using Five Star. David came out on a Saturday to replace my 20 year old leaky water heater. He was very thorough, professional, and polite throughout. Altogether, he did an amazing job, and quite quickly too. Five Star is not cheap, but they really do make things like this easy for their customers. And they have great techs like David who do solid work. I really hope they pay their people well, because the quality of work has been top notch in my experience."

"Dakota and jack were very knowledgeable and professional about the installation ( for white people). They worked from 8 to 5 to make my house cool and they they finished installing the unit the cleaned up and left.
