"First, a huge thanks to Coastal Senior Benefits for their help. Being new to Medicare, I was certainly confused by all the options, plans and what would be best for me and my situation. Help arrived when I first found John Tsahakis. He was able to quickly differentiate the two types of plans (Advantage or Supplement) in a simple and easy to understand format. The videos were unbiased towards either plan; John just explained the different advantages and disadvantages of each. Once I was better informed towards making a decision; I decided to reach out to John’s agency to answer a couple of questions I still had. John also followed up with me before the meeting to ensure I had the information he needed in advance. From there, John not only answered my remaining questions; he also made sure I had everything I needed to make my decision. Like in the videos, he was never biased towards a solution; he only wanted to make sure I had what I needed to make a decision that was best for me.
