"Harper is a great, smaller intimate boutique, right off of broughton! Expect a higher price point since they have more designer brands. My favorite brand they have is Hutch, which I haven’t seen anywhere else in Savannah. A great spot for jewelry and unique dresses for events. Definitely something for any age range for women, as both my mom and I frequent here! The staff is extremely nice and remember locals who come in. Definitely check them out!"
