"If I could give 0 stars, I would. If you aren’t a person of the associates’ preferred color, they will make it known that you are not welcomed. They will greet every person in except for lighter skinned. Whatever fine I continue to go about with my shopping, every time I look at an outfit up top, it’s an issue. When I finally decide to check out, I’m patiently waiting, the associate on the phone yells, “Jaeda, I need you on the register.” Jayda comes from up front to the register and cashes the other customers who just walked in. We were still ignored by the workers and no one was willing to help us or even cash us out, even as I was looking straight at them. We then just left the store feeling unwanted. They not only lost business from us but the respect we had for this store. Unbelievable."

"One word!!! RUDE!!! Me and my relatives walked in this store tonight to look around only for one of the employers to turn the light off on us while we were STILL in the store. The lady at the register then says "how many people are in here!! because y'all gotta get out! It's 7 o clock!!!" Mind you when she said this it was JUST 6:56 and I honestly lost track of time but I walked out after that because I was very upset that an employer would talk to their potential customers like this!!!"

"This has to be the WORST rainbow store ever. When I walked inside, I was NOT greeted. And instead of feeling welcomed, I felt like a burden. They would NOT speak to me and my friend at all. I had to ask for help. I also had 3 items to return from online shopping. I had those items for 15 days, and after 20 minutes of scanning my items multiple times, the lady said I can not return the clothes after a week. (In reality, I can return items with in 30 days. Which I later found out.) So I decide to go to another Rainbow shop (a wayyyy nicer one) And they returned my money within 5 minutes. I still can NOT believe this lady lied to my face. The ladies here are NOT properly trained. Attitude GALORE. The floors are disgusting. And poor management and customer service. I will NEVER recommend this place."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Store was clean and smelled good. Will definitely make more purchases in the future. The manager Miranda kept the flow running smoothly even in a “rush”"
