"We had the most wonderful shopping experience here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Ashley truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a fitting room and the appropriate sizes, etc. We felt like we had a personal shopper, it was so fun. I really can’t say enough good things about our experience. We will definitely be back, thanks for making our day!"

"Yet another store that doesn't provide comfortable seating for husbands or others who are accompanying their partners shopping. So of course the shopping is hurried and results in less sales. How can this square box for seating in a corner be anything more than an insult?"

"Used to love the clothes here so I took my daughter (who loves to wear oversized t shirts) shopping to buy a dress for church, oh she was also having a bad day BC we just moved here and she was just down and out about some things. Anyway I decided some shopping therapy was needed. The older rude lady working on the floor at the time made a nasty remark about my daughters t-shirt. I wished I would have had a more clear mind BC I would have gotten her name and called the store manager. I have never experienced anything like this before. What happened to a friendly shopping experience? I used to work retail and would never think to judge anyone for what they were wearing! Especially a teenager. The morel of the story here is, you never know what someone is going through so be FREAKING kind whether you like someone’s t-shirt or not!! In the end, we walked out of the store immediately and I will never go back here. I refuse to buy anything from this Loft location again."
