"Amazing store until Thursday, November 2nd, 2023. I came in and was in a rush to buy a dress for an important birthday party. One employee decided to chit-chat and run their mouth with the other employee who was checking out my dress and I paid and left. Then I was trying on my dress at my house and the security tag was on my dress. Mind you I live an hour away, so I had to go back to the store just because of an employee's “mistake”. I arrived at the store and asked for the manager and the employee pointed to another employee saying she was the manager when I knew so well she wasn't. Thankfully, they got something right for once and took the security tag off and the other employee who was the “manager” just giggled. It’s not a game it’s very serious and they lost another customer."

"Love the store. They have such pretty, fun, unique pieces in the store .. I love how the store is arranged by color so you don't spend a lot of time looking through a million racks only to find they don't hv anything in the color you need in both jewelry and clothes. They have a lot of cute shoes and boots .. great place to look for bridesmaids jewelry ."

"As a business woman that owns stores that provide customer service, I was shocked to walk into this store and not 1 not 2 but all 3 employees looked me in my face and did not greet nor ask me if I needed any assistance. I was shocked at the associates but even more shocked that the manager did the same thing. I did speak with her about it and as I was leaving the store I saw that she did speak with the associates. Hopefully her conversation helped her associates along with herself understand the importance of making your customer feel welcomed in the store especially when they are spending money. No I did not buy anything because of encounter but I will not say that I wouldn’t go back because the manager was open to discussion about the lack of customer service."

"Went out on a rainy Monday morning, and though the store was nearly empty, the staff didn't press me or hover. They let me wander, and when I found some items to try, they quickly opened a fitting room for me. The store had a great selection of clothes, shoes, and accessories, all at reasonable prices. The clothing felt of high quality, with many patterns and style cuts. This is my new favorite clothing store!"
