"This Starbucks is a small location inside kroger with only 1-2. Baristas at a time BUT they ALWAYS get the line done quick. Today I was helped by mariana & she was so welcoming and kind & got my order done in a very timely fashion as well the other customers& had a bunch of happy customers on there way very quickly & drinks were great!"

"I have gotten 2 drinks now that are not what I've ordered. I got the first one & tried to go back and they were closed 10 mins later (in the morning). I called 4x & each time they were closed (over the last 2 days). A coworker went this morning & got drinks, again mine was incorrect. Today I ordered a caramel macchiato with 3x shots of espresso and my drink was full of milk & very light on the top and full of caramel sauce. The lady working is rude everytime I go there. I still need a remake or refund from my first drink. But there hasn't been a manager or they are closed the last few days when I call."

"Just had my 3rd and final visit to this location. I've never actually purchased anything from this location. All three visits consisted of waiting 10-15 minutes or more in a line of 1-2 people in front of myself only to be told they do not have the products they are advertising and of course the mouth-breather behind the counter is all too pleased to be free of any potential work required of her."

"I walk up to the counter and ask the kid for a coffee. He tells me "we're out of coffee, no filters." What kind of coffee shop doesn't have filters? The manager should be fired and the employee retrained. You don't just stare at the customer with a dumb look and tell them no. You offer something else, or get filters from the Kroger your store is located in, or how about get filters from the two other stores near you! Absolutely embarrassing to the Starbucks brand. I would give zero stars if I could."
