Starbucks 131 Brooks Willis Drive, Hardeeville, SC 29927

"I ordered 2 drinks and a food item. The drink (see picture) I ordered was supposed to be a pink drink with a scoop of matcha. I always order this drink and it has NEVER looked like this. It looks disgusting and even the barista visibly was disgusted. With that being said, why would the barista serve this if they also wouldn’t drink it?!? Unfortunately I will not return to this location."

"This location was definitely not like my other experiences with Starbucks. My husband and I ordered our drinks (mocha and a simple house coffee) at the front of the line. We waited for a while before noticing that all the people that had ordered after us were getting their drinks while we still had nothing and NO acknowledgment from the employees. After I know what had to have been 20-30 minutes we finally confronted them (politely) and asked about our drinks. They then proceeded to tell us our orders hadn’t been scanned in but yet they definitely charged us. Only after that did we finally get our drinks with no apologies nor any offers for a refund for the inconvenience. This Starbucks certainly needs to do better!"

"Literally, the drive thru was taking one car at a time. When finally made it to the speaker and waited next to it for about 10min someone spoke and said “you have to give me a minute”, lol that was actually funny. My honest opinion Starbucks should hire more people for this location, because once getting to the window there was actually one employee for the drive thru and inside customers too. Ridiculous. My favorite part is when they tell me “the machine will ask me for something “ smh. lol At lest the coffee tasted good"

"One bathroom was not working, but clean and service was nice. I had a caramel macchiato and an impossible breakfast sandwich. Clean. Fast. Drive thru, but I went inside."
