"Awful experience. Worker walked away when he saw 10 people form a line. We watched him make 3 sandwiches for people in front of us. Then they said they were closed. This was at 1pm on a week day."
"It's a subway and there is no bread to make subs? I can only assume that's a lack of poor management. Someone failed to either order bread or prep it. It's a whole process. The bread dough shows up frozen. You lay out the frozen 12 in sub roll dough in a pan on the rack, then you rise it in the warming oven then you bake it. It's all supposed to be done ahead of opening so that you can be prepared to provide your customer for the #1 food item they come to the establishment for"
