"I love my Starbucks and go every morning...I haven't been in almost a month because the last 2 times I went I asked for strawberry puree on top of my whip cream and the first day that they handed me my order and I told them what I wanted they gave me caramel drizzle and I only order strawberry and cream with 2 shots of blonde and the very next morning I ordered the same thing and again asked for strawberry puree on top of my whip I still never received it because I just pulled off because I wasn't taking a chance on ruining a second cup....I just think that is a lot of money to be spending to not get your order the exact way that it's ordered"

"I come to this Starbucks a few times every week, so I am a regular. Well, I stopped by earlier and I guess it was at 5 PM (didn't even realize it) and was told that "we just got done serving our last customer for the evening". Okay, I can understand that you were closing (which I didn't know) but I was literally the only person in line after the customer they just helped. Kind of aggrevating because I go there often, it wouldn't have hurt to fix me up a drink considering I was the only one in the line. Because of this experience, I won't be going back. Coffee beans are generally burnt most of the time anyway."

"Never seen a store Closed the whole place down for lunch on a Sunday morning. Especially when you see 12 employees sitting there, so under staf is not the reason. I Pulled In at 11am, and saw they had a sign on the door letting everyone know it is closed for lunch and will open back at 12. If that’s the case, turn off mobile orders while you do that. I watched 30 or so walk to the door just to be turned away, that’s not including the drive through. The employees sat at the window and watched everyone, besides the Starbucks couple who couldn’t keep their hands off each other (get a room)."
