"2024 update order ahead has become basically pointless they don’t have the order set out or even prepared. Had to wait in line to ask about my order. They hadn’t started it. Customers after have their food now and here I still sit Service has hit rock bottom at this location unfortunately. I’ve been coming to this location for 7 years and no more. The service has gotten to the point that even with order ahead you will still stand in line as your order sits behind the counter. The other day I came in and watched an employee fold boxes she saw me no acknowledgment and didn’t come over to take my order. After a couple minutes I left. Donuts are consistently stale. It’s unfortunate that this place has gone from one of my favorite stops to me making my coffee at home time to shut off the auto reload on the app and use up my points. I hate to say avoid the place as they have some great employees but it’s not worth the spend anymore"

"I’d recommend giving yourself at least a half hour to get through the line and order. Ive visited on different days around different time and I’ve pretty consistently experienced a lengthy wait time. I had placed a pick up order through the drive through and to see it that helped. When I arrived 15 minutes later, I still sat in a 20 minute long line. I’ve had awesome experiences with this location in the past so I’m holding out hope that this new wait time is temporary."

"I can’t believe what happened to me and Dunkin’ Donuts today. I ordered an iced coffee with caramel cream and sugar and an egg sausage and cheese sandwich. They give me my coffee the gentleman there was in a drive-through told me my sandwich was gonna be A while why they make my sandwich there was cars behind me and drive-through so I told him I’m a go around by the time I come back it should be done and I’ll pick it up while I went around. There was two cars they’re ahead of me after those two cars had left I drove through the drive-through to pick up my egg sausage and cheese sandwich. The young lady that was there asked the young guy was her sandwich. Somebody took it so I told him forget it, and I took off I’ve been going to that Dunkin’ Donuts since it opened for the first time in my life I pay for a sandwich and didn’t get it. I wasn’t gonna wait so I took off. I hope they like the review I gave them."

"The service here is fast and efficient, however the sweet tea seems more like sugar water lately. Also when I order the wake up wraps, it would be better to pack them individually so that way the flour tortillas don’t stick together. When packed together, it makes them difficult to eat while driving."
