"I asked for a double Whopper with extra onions and mustard. I got a double whopper, but the meat tasted like it had been sitting around for about 4 hours. And I did not get my extra onions and mustard. The counter lady was very surely."

"Ok ok I may be pregnant and may have cravings. But aside from that my food was SUPER FRESH!!! Nice and hot and steamy straight from the grill. Employees were very helpful and nice. And they were quick. And made sure I had everything in my bag with out me having to ask for ketchup or napkins. Let's just say the burger with all is steamy yummy gooey cheese very much satisfied this mama and baby! Thank you team!!! I'm a very appreciative!!"

"I'm not one to complain, but this was the absolute worst experience I've ever had in my entire life. The drive-thru was backed up so bad and the wait was so long people pulled out of line. We decided to go inside to order. There was no one in the restaurant accept the staff. Finally got our order taken, and almost 40 minutes later I was still standing there waiting for my food! Then they decided to tell me they were out of half the items I ordered and their explanation was they were waiting for the truck. The lady who took my order was very nice. The very slow teenagers who were cooking the food were another story. The one adult back there didn't help matters. Extremely rude and incompetent. The the woman who I'm assuming was a manager was just as bad. Just standing there waiting for them to make the food while they were horsing around in the back. Never said anything to the employees. When I asked for my money back because I was leaving, and explained that I was trying to get my grandson something to eat after we had been gone all day, she finally hollered at the cook and said I need those chicken nuggets. I will never go back again! These employees are definitely not worth $15 an hour!!"

"Prices are good The quality of the food isn't good. Maybe that's why they're low price. The whopper melt is nothing like the TV commercial. My burger was cold and not too tasty."

"We used the drive-thru this time. The line was moderately slow. The little kid (who was with us) didn't figure out what he wanted on time so once we got to the speaker the lady in the other side was polite and gave us some extra time to decide. From my order, the fries were good, the whopper Jr should have had a little more tomato and onion plus it was a little bit cold (I'm guessing they made it before we got there and I ordered it), and my sprite was a little more watery than it should have.
