"I didn't want to comment on food or atmosphere, but they seem to not be able to hear me when I mention the Iced Chai Latte and make it a hot Chai Latte. Learn to hear when I say ICED Chai Latte, please and thank you. This is why I go to a different Starbucks. Do not recommend this specific one."

"It’s amazing how a location can become a stable of travel. I stopped at this specific Starbucks every time I make a trip up to North Carolina from Georgia. The staff is nice and there is seating inside that. Make it a great break from driving. There is a massive Quiktrip across the street where we fill up before we are on our way."

"Pick a different Starbucks. Or get a drip coffee from QT (even if you want a Frappuccino). Could not get order right, drinks were terrible and it took 45 minutes. Never had a worse Starbucks experience. Wish I had checked reviews prior to ordering. This location likely only exists because it is off the interstate and doesn’t depend on repeat traffic."

"Stopped by Starbucks in Gaffney SC exit 90 today for coffee. Things have really changed for the worse. No greetings or acknowledgment from staff. 10 minutes on one customer. It was just one customer and myself. I stood there for 10 or more minutes with no hello or be with you ASAP. NOTHING! I understand good customer service and being short staffed but at least acknowledge the customer; even if he's black. HEY, STARBUCKS....I GUESS THIS IS YOUR VERSION OF EQUITY AND INCLUSION. Ignore people who don't look like you. You're the hypocrites I thought you were. Went next door to get good coffee from QT. Friendly, and they speak to everyone."
