"I've been here multiple times & the girls making the coffees cannot get it right. I order simple, but it seems like my coffees are always bitter when I order here. Sometimes I order extra flavors & it's still bitter. They have good quality coffee, it's just the proportions of flavor + milk are off & I can tell everybody isn't trained the same. There used to be a young guy working a few months ago & my coffees were good then, but now I have to "hook" my coffees up because they are disgustingly bitter. They taste as if I'm drinking black coffee. The drive thru is super slow no matter the time of day, so I don't even think about having them remake my drink. Overall the service is good but the flavored drinks could use work."
