"This Starbucks is really great. My husband said his white chocolate mocha was one of the best he's had, rich with coffee flavor rather than just full of sweetness. He said they must really know what they're doing! I had a strawberry lemonade blender (I think that's what it was called). It was delicious. The employees were so friendly and patient. They clearly cared about a job well done. I would definitely recommend visiting this location!"
"The coffee was pretty good...kind of a long wait in the drive through line (14 minutes) but all in all, the coffee was great and we got to smell that great coffee smell while waiting in line so I'm not at all dissatisfied."
"Your experience may vary based on who is working at the time. Whether standard menu options or customizations, some orders will be better than you image - absolute perfection. Others, it is claimed they cannot do any customizations due to their printer not printing. Despite the app charging for extras, sometimes it is decided you just don't need that because inventory was low this week and they need to save it. Extra salted caramel, cookie crumbles and limited ingredients are often off limits because a certain "partner" has declared so. If this happens, the instruction is to contact corporate. So you go through this unnecessary step of speaking with corporate who explains their policy is very simple and easy - remake the drink properly. So you either have to go back and ask a third time for this drink or you simply give up because this is too much work. I do not feel comfortable complaining. I just want what I ordered. I have ordered daily for over a decade. Now I find I skip more days because there are so many mistakes. It just ruins the experience. I miss it feeling like a friendly hangout, always having reliably great drinks and not having ingredient hoarding partners."
