Wendy's

"This particular fast food restaurant is, hands down, the most organized, well operated, has the best food and a staff that is happy to be there of any fast food restaurant I have ever experienced and I have visited this particular branch of Wendy's several times. If you are in Clemson and want fast food, try this store. I think you might change your mind about fast food and its employees."

"I will start off by saying this wasn't even my first option, so I wasn't even really wanting Wendy's since I believe they have gone downhill over the years. So I spend $10 and this is what I get. This was a Dave's double, and the picture I saw on the drive-thru board was supposed to have vegetables and everything on the burger. Didn't even come with ketchup on it! For $5 more I can get a quality burger elsewhere, which I guess I should have known not to come here."

"Wendy's has gone WAAYY DOWN HILL, along with Burger King and McDonalds!! Their just ridiculous!! I ordered a bacon, egg & cheese croissant that had NO CHEESE and you could tell it was no where near being fresh. I ordered it around 9:30 and it tasted like it was 1 of the 1st ones of the day to be made at 5 or 6 that morning and it was JUST PLAIN NASTY and barely even warm. How come now days, mainly it seems any way, AFTER their wage hikes recently, that it is A MIRACLE to get good service, fresh food, some actual condiments, and YOUR ORDER RIGHT?!?! For gods sake! I could have chosen ANYWHERE for my breakfast, and I choose your establishment because when your food is fresh it is some of the best, but it is A TOTALLY different experience when it isn't and when I WASTE my money on nasty food that i can't even eat, with bad service to go along with it!, it REALLY pisses me off!!! I AM DONE WITH WENDY'S!!! I know the employees could care less but I want to think their corporate office needs to know HOW SLACK they have become. Especially the GREER location!"

"Dined in for lunch on 9/25/23. They were very fast but not friendly. I observed the cashier the whole time that I ate & when interacting with customers she was not smiling, she looked pissy & she only spoke when asking customers what they wanted to eat. Customers would ask her for things and she would look somewhat angry about it. Also, where is the diversity in this store? Pretty sure that they only had one certain race of employees working at this time & if diversity is going to be a thing then they should have to comply as well."

"We rarely get Wendy's and this is prime example of why. #1 orders are 99.8% incorrect. Missing items ect. #2 most of the time the employees at the window act like your an inconvenience and they do not seem happy to be at work at all. #3 the food usually sends old..or premade hours before they are ordered. & tonight just ended my Wendy's visits for good. My baked potatoe is rotten... this is ridiculous. Im sorry.. with the price we pay for this stuff now.. please do better. That was my dinner tonight."
