I had a few questions and messaged them ahead of the appointment and received prompt feedback, which gave them more credibility. Then, when we arrived for the appointment, the groomer was caught up and waiting on us. We talked about needs and wants for our dogs haircut. She listened and offered suggestions. When she was done with the grooming, we got a text that Trixy was ready. When I arrived, my pet was happy and fully groomed. She did a fantastic job on the haircut, all under 2 hours.
