"This is unbelievable ,i placed an online order today. Called the store the gentleman said"hello" i said is this dollar general ? I asked the employee would anyone be able to start on my order that is scheduled to be ready between 7-8pm. He stated that's above his pay grade and he will not complete by order. I asked for a manager and he stated he is the lead and no one is available . Then he hung up in my face .This is poor customer services and i would like a full refund. I went inside the store after my shift tonight and i was curious if they were out stock or it was something else due to not fulfilling my order but behold my items were fully stocked . I would have just purchased them right then and there but i would not be able to use my coupons.There were two men working tonight , one Caucasian and one African American ."

"Just drove up here at 9:42pm tonight. Sign says open until 10:00pm. Already locked up. Not the first time. Pretty bad when they literally just opened maybe 2 months ago. Also employees very rarely will greet you or even interact with you at all. A lot of the time you stand at the counter for several minutes before you actually get an employee to come to register."
