"Allessa went above and beyond to meet our needs; she was able to offer us any flavor gluten free which was huge! The cake and chocolate chip cookies were the best we've ever had and no one knew everything was gluten free unless they were told. We got endless compliments on the taste and fun flavors of our cake. We will definitely order from Allessa again! Update: We had Allessa package our top tier to keep it fresh for our anniversary, it was delivered to the venue on our wedding day packaged and ready for the freezer. We've had it in the freezer for the last year and were so surprised when we cut a piece and it was still so fresh. We were able to enjoy the entire top tier of our wedding cake because of how it was packaged which made our first anniversary so special!"
