"Visited the Deli yesterday, all the employees are very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and service impeccable. The store was very well stocked. But the roof was leaking onto the cash registers causing a dangerous situation for the customers."

"It's Ingles pretty decent on pricing, and good deals. Great gas prices and rewards program. Probably one of the best around. I've gone for years, and always stop by Ingles before any other grocery store. Oh this one had a Starbucks also. So that's a plus."

"I just had the strangest interaction with an employee I've ever had before. My total came to $15.44 and I handed the older gentleman a $20 and a $1 so I could get a $5 back and he fought me on it? Mumbling under his breath that's not the way they do things and getting huffy. So I just told him to give me back the $1 if it's going to be an issue. He thanked me and went through with the transaction. He handed me a fist full of change saying "that has to be atleast enough" and I was so stunned I just walked away. I don't know if this is policy or if he didn't want to do it but I'm just confused and disappointed. So I just checked, he gave me back $0.74 instead of $0.66. beyond confused."

"Filled my car up at their gas station at this location. Price competitive but is $.02 cents more than the lowest in area. The only issue is they DO NOT seem to ever fill the window wash fluid station or paper towels at the pumps. Always empty and dirty. It's really a small gesture on their part, but a big part of seeing out our windows. LOL."
