Five Below 6101 Calhoun Memorial Highway, Easley, SC 29640

"Purchased a toy that was defective upon opening the packaging. A spring was loose in it and made the toy not open properly. I attempted to exchange or return the item as my receipt stated “Five Below will gladly exchange or return unopened or defective merchandise with the original receipt.” Manager denied this and stated she had no way of putting this item back on the shelf. I was left wondering why Five Below would want to put defective items back on their shelves. I would think twice before buying an item here after this experience."

"Very crowded last night. Yes, I realize what time of year it is. As soon as I wanted to checkout, literally so did everyone else. No checkouts were even open, and when the young lady did ring me up, she charged me for 1 thing twice."

"Something is going on with the 5 Belows. I think they must be cutting payroll too tightly because there seems to never be more than 2 employees at anytime. The displays are all messy where customers open packages and lay stuff down wherever they please (kinda makes you wonder what these customers homes look like since they make such messes). The products advertised online is rarely available in store. It's crazy that 5 Below used to be a nice clean store where you could find interesting stuff, then they started charging more than $5 (and beyond) and are turning into dollar tree."

"It's all self checkout I put $50 in bc that's all I had and it gave me $4 in all 1's and I didn't realize until it was to late they had already closed I only bought a $5 shirt so I was supposed to get $44 but only got $4 and I called up there and they said the machines were even but that doesn't mean someone stole it I told them before to look at the cameras but I guess they didn't look and refuse to give me my money back I'm only a 14 year old so I don't make much money and need to support myself and that really ruined the experience that was also my first time going there so I won't be going back I wouldn't recommend no one there is willing to help you."

"Five Below was another one of my after 6 pm browsing. Five Below is exactly that. They have a little of every thing from snacks, clothing items, cell phone gadgets, lamps, Christmas decorations and games. My 10 year old great niece loves this store. It’s very budget friendly, and if you’re looking for some nice stocking stuffers, this is the place to check out."
