"I left my two cats there during vacation. When we came back, they both came home sick. We called many times during out vacation to make sure they were okay, and they said they were fine. When we picked them up, they let us come inside to where the cats stay. We asked if they ate well, and they said they didn’t know, because all of the food was put out. Ive never had my cats sick with a runny nose before. Both cats came home, and one of my cats looked a bit skinny than usual. It was not normal. I am very upset and dissapointed. We are going to take them to the vet to get checked out. But i dont feel ensured to take my pets there again. Again, my cats have NEVER been tbis sick EVER. When we were there, they were both in a corner together, they looked worn out. I had no idea they would be in a room with other cats. Im sure that brought alot of stress on them. Please next time, make sure you’re paying good attention to the animals you take care of."

"Our Shih Tzu "baby" was absolutely beautiful when we picked her up. She had a 2pm appointment and we picked her up at 4:45. She got a full groom and it was perfect. The staff is friendly and personable and especially helpful because we are handicapped. Thank you for such a great experience."
