The Bar Method Charleston - Daniel Island is a boutique fitness studio located at 211 River Landing Drive in Charleston, South Carolina. We are currently offering an exclusive offer of 50% off one month of unlimited classes for new clients. Our signature barre classes use your own body weight, the ballet barre, and props to create a transformative workout that results in long, lean sculpted muscles. Our highly-trained instructors customize the exercises to ensure they are safe and effective for students of all levels, including modifications for pregnant women and those with injuries.
Located in the Simmons Park building, our studio features natural light, a spacious locker room, towels, and free parking. Our founder, Molly Dunn, fell in love with The Bar Method in Nashville in 2013 and opened our Daniel Island location in June 2019. Please note that we do not have dedicated parking for the studio, but there are spots available around the Simmons Park building and on Seven Farms Drive and River Landing Drive. Club Bar members can freeze their memberships twice per year for up to 60 days, with a fee of $25 required each time. Class package sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase.
