"I adore this yoga studio! Small, friendly, helpful, instructive really summarizes my experience here. There is only one studio for group classes which I really liked because it made the instruction feel personal and attentive. The instructors were all very friendly and helpful, showing me around before my first class and providing adjustments when needed during. This was my first time practicing in years but I felt comfortable and at ease. My only regret is not living closer to the studio to be able to partake more frequently. They do offer zoom sessions for some (maybe all?) of their classes in case that is something you are looking for. I 100% recommend. Cannot speak highly enough about DDY"
