"Eric and his team have been nothing but great! I had a last minute day trip planned and didn’t wanna leave my pup in her kennel all day. Eric took me Sadie in for a last minute meet and greet, took a tour of the place, and showed me how to log on to use the cameras to watch our pup play. He was very reassuring and when we picked her up she was very happy and pooped! Dropped her off the next day for daycare and everything went seamlessly! Will definitely be bringing our pup back!"

"Our dog has absolutely loved going to Dogtopia. All the employees are so kind and they do a great job of keeping the dogs safe and healthy. It never feels like there are too many dogs there and our dog has made so many good dog friends. The facility is clean and everyone is so kind."

"I boarded my dog for 6 days (and one night). I brought enough wet and dry food & toys (for crate time). Upon my return, the toys were still brand new (untouched) & in his bag. I got back maybe a 1/3 less the amount of dog food that was left for him, which means he was not even given the opportunity to eat his 2nd daily meal. While I understand separation anxiety, nobody attempted to feed my dog as instructed!!! My dog actually loss 7 lbs. This is totally unacceptable!!! While the cameras were a pleasant distraction, they failed to show that my dog was being starved while at this facility!!! Update: Again, his bowl of chicken was returned, full/untouched and NOBODY recommended dog daycare at all prior to his boarding!!!"

"When I first started taking my Bernedoodle there it was amazing. The front manger Emily was amazing! Then after a few visits my pup that was with the bigger dogs started being with the little ones. No warning or update which would have been nice. Then it got worse…in April I took him one day one week and he came home with a cough. My dog doesn’t go anywhere else besides there and home, so it was obvious where it started. Took him to the vet and was confirmed he had kennel cough. I called them to let them know he wouldn’t be back for at least 2 weeks and to bring this to their attention. To let other parents know and to disinfect the play rooms. A week later it got worse, he now has pneumonia. I called again to let them know and nothing from the owner. No follow up, check in etc. Eric has been more concerned of a $37 balance for that one day. I hope others have a better experience but my pup will never be returning."

"The staff is always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. It’s very obvious how much each and every associate not only loves dogs, but love where they work as well. They take the absolute best care of my fur baby and myself when I go in. My pup always comes home happy and exhausted, in the best possible way. We both love our Haywood Dogtopia!"
