"Shaw’s is a Greenville mainstay. Unlike chain pharmacies, they offer a comprehensive line of walkers, any kind of orthopedic device one might need and personal service. They are independently owned and operated. One of a kind. I hope Shaw’s never closes. It’s one of the few remaining places in Greenville that is just as good today as it was 40 years ago. When I had foot surgery, Shaw’s was the only place that had the foot support I needed. The gentleman helped me get the correct size for my foot. A true service oriented business."

"Not a customer and won't be a customer. I don't really like leaving negative reviews, but seeing how high this pharmacy's score is, I don't feel so bad. Do not call or come in to ask any kind of questions. Period. I've never had such a rude conversation with a pharmacist before. My pharmacist at Publix told me to call other pharmacies because they got a different manufacturer for the medication I normally get there and the new one, for whatever reason, wrecks my stomach. The pharmacist at Publix was helpful, informative, and explained the whole thing before giving me a specific "NPC" number to give other pharmacists that would identify that specific medication to them. When I called this pharmacy with that information, the man on the phone was incredibly unkind in how he responded and the way he said that he didn't carry it made it sound like I was asking for something indecent. It was weirdly, and privately, humiliating. So, if you'd like that experience, go ahead and stop by."
