"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! Horrible experience. My dog came back highly skittish and scared. The owners are very rude. The girl with all the tattoos on her body and face is ugly and does not know how to deal with customers in a respectful manner at all. She should not work with animals nor people. I will not be going back. I advise y’all look for another grooming place that is respectful, care about your animals and even a nice shop would make a difference. You walk in there and you can tell it’s old and outdated. It’s not clean. Always smells horribly in there like no one cleans it at all. It’s messy and just an absolute no!"

"I’m very dissatisfied with my experience here. We brought our puppy in to have his nails trimmed and grind, that’s all. After they brought him back to us, he smelled strongly of a fruity scent. I asked if they might’ve sprayed him with something before they did his nails but they confirmed no sprays were used. We think that the girls who groomed him were vaping while they were trimming his nails. The scent was so strong that it was triggering my husband’s asthma. We had to give our puppy a bath as soon as we got him home. Vaping while entrusted with the care of someone else’s dog is highly unprofessional. We will most likely keep looking for other groomers because we do not approve of this kind of service"

"They did an amazing job! My cocker spaniel can be grumpy and was very disheveled they did a great job and I picked him up as handsome as can be! Would definitely reccomend!"
