"We have purchased many plants from Art Samples Tree and Shrubs in the past and have always had good luck, until last fall. We purchased two trees that looked a bit questionable but were assured multiple times that they were just dormant and in the spring they would be fine. Spring has come and gone and the trees are struggling. When my husband went to ask advice and to see if there was some sort of "compensation" he was argued with, told they "just needed to pop" and she refused to even look at the photos he took to show her how poorly they were doing. Her compleate inability to interact appropriately with a paying customer was mind-boggling. We will never do business with them again."
"I went and bought a memorial lilac tree today and some perennial flowers there today. The sisters that run it are beyond helpful and knowledgeable. Plants are their lives and it shows. So much wisdom and Passion! I explained the areas I'll be growing them in and they took me around everywhere and gave me a ton of options for my exact needs. They also gave me a ton of advice and had amazing prices. The tree I bought from them was only $129 dollars in comparison to $200 and something from Home Depot plus their trees were a lot healthier."

"A gardener's browsing paradise. The owners were friendly and knowledgeable. I was shown all around with some excellent suggestions tailored to my needs. The plants were well-cared for and absolutely gorgeous with an excellent selection for many kinds of sites. I can't wait to go back!"
