"The doctors and techs are great, but the staff is not. I saw 5 women come in and out of this facility, well after I had already checked in, and I was left waiting for over an hour. The registration lady told me that another woman with an appointment 30 minutes after mine was taken back ahead of me and couldn't explain why. The entire experience is unpleasant enough, but to have been treated like this is 100% unacceptable. Now I have another "growth" that needs to be monitored, and I have no idea where else to go to receive the great treatment Hollings provides but not deal with the incompetence of their staff."
