"My former OB/Gyn retired in 2021 and I was moved to this practice. The office is terribly run, the wait time for an annual wellness visit was over 1.5 hrs my first visit the end of 2021, in Jan 2023 for my 2nd annual visit - they booked 30 patients to see Dr Noriega!!! I waited 2 hours and 45 minutes... Totally unacceptable and while Dr Noriega is very nice the office staff and organization is terrible and have no regard for patient wait times or satisfaction. The office called me last month to reschedule my appointment due to a conflict ( made in Jan 2023) they informed me I was rescheduled at the north area while I have only been seen west ashley. When I corrected the person who called me she said "oh you are seen in the north area - no I am not... she argued with me about this. When I looked in my chart I was rescheduled for the north area office. SMH I cancelled the appointment and have found a new practice with wonderful staff that could teach this practice how to manage time and value patients!"

"As a former patient, I wish I could say something positive but that's impossible. I've had a botched surgery thanks to Dr. Noriega. When I tried to get back in to have the issue fixed by another physician with them, I was told that I am no longer allowed to be a patient, not because of any wrong doing on my part, but due to lack of and mis-communication on their part. Along with being absolutely horrible to me, they have also shown me they are nothing but liars. I wouldn't send a rabid animal to them for care. They should have their license revoked before someone else has to go through all of the hell that I have had to deal with."

"I’ve been with Partners OB/GYN for 10 years! Dr. Mclees was my provider and he was Awesome! Sadly he retired last year. I ended up switching to Dr. Pallay and she seemed to be a great fit. She delivered my daughter and it went smooth. I was having some issues with a birth control I started last year during my postpartum check up. I tried to give it a chance but it was just not working for me and causing issues that no woman would want to deal with. I called and they got me scheduled to come in on yesterday. I’ve been dealing with this office for a decade and yesterday truly blew me. I checked in by phone and immediately went inside because it can be hit or miss with them calling to tell you to come up. They will cancel your appointment although they didn’t do their part. I didn’t want to miss my appointment.I arrived inside and gave my information. I was informed that they’d have to check to see if Dr. Pallay would still see me. In my mind I’m like what do you mean? Why wouldn’t she see me and this is the appointment I was given.The young lady came back and informed me that I wouldn’t be able to get seen because Dr. Pallay had to leave. First off someone could have called me and informed me of this prior to me wasting my gas to come all the way to west Ashley. It was clear what my issue was and if she had to leave and I was already there why wasn’t another provider in the office notified so that my concerns could still be addressed. I felt that this was totally unacceptable. As I said dealing with Dr. Mclees he would never and especially not notify me or have a back up in place. The cherry on top was Dr. Pallay exiting and looking me directly in my eye and not saying a word. My needs were of no value. I was just a patient who didn’t matter and could just be brushed off. The young lady made an attempt to see if another provider could see me but couldn’t find anyone. I have another appointment scheduled but I will be searching for another ob/gyn office. If your provider doesn’t care you certainly have to find one that will. I’m so disappointed. Dr. Mclees was a Rare Jewel and he is certainly missed!!"

"I loved my doctor, but after needing to reschedule an annual exam, I was told it would be an additional 3-6 months before I could be seen. I will be finding a new practice that recognizes the importance of not over-scheduling their physicians and can see patients in a TIMELY manner. Annual exams should be viewed as important to a patient's health, and not something to be pushed out for closer to two years. Terrible customer service (and that is only after being on hold for 10 minutes each call, on average)."

"I had a wonderful experience with this office. Doctor Weinstein is amazing. He is so kind and knowledgeable. He was wonderful the whole 9 months of my pregnancy. Everyone in the office was helpful and efficient. The wait times to be seen can be long but you don't feel rushed once you get into the exam room. During delivery, Dr weinstein was so patient and helpful. I had an amazing experience and will continue care at this office."
