"I am compelled to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at this establishment. Despite having confirmed a late check-in directly with the staff, I was dismayed to find upon arrival that my room was unavailable due to a purported 'first come, first serve' policy. This is particularly perplexing as the reservation was made well in advance. Furthermore, I was erroneously charged twice for a service that was ultimately not rendered. Such practices are unacceptable and merit prompt attention."

"If hells keeper has a sister, she must be the owner of one way. Dirty, the loudest place I've ever stayed and old. Bed was uncomfortable. No English. No return ever ever ever. Don't waste your money for a sleepless night that sounds as if a tornado is headed right for your room all friggin night. It really really sucks!!"

"Service of office was great and it was attached to Perkins which was bonus. The hotel was updated. Had issues with uncomfortable beds. The temp didn't go over 68 in the room. Plus was hard to find with GPS, we did a few circled and went into wrong motel."

"Rooms newly renovated & have above basic amenities, but not all rooms rented are complete. Moved rooms 3 times at check in to find one completed. Aside from the front desk woman, no one speaks English. Went 3 days without maid service after inquiring multiple times. Great place for just an overnight stay, but nothing more ."

"Absolutely terrible experience. My husband and I were getting away for the weekend as fresh newlyweds. Got there, checked in, pay the security deposit with my card because the room is under my name and were given keys to our room. We find it, unlock the door and there were suitcases and belongings already in the room. The TV was on and we think someone was in the restroom. We go back to the front desk and tell the lady that someone is in the room she just gave us keys for. Her only reaction is “what?” takes the keys and rushes off. Comes back. Says nothing, gives us new keys to the room right next door to that one. No apology no nothing. We get to the room and it’s sparse. Microwave, mini fridge, safe if you care about this after reading this much. I realize I’ve lost my wallet sometime between the lobby and the room and I go back to the front desk frantic. I ask if she saw a wallet and she flatly looks at me and says “No”. Doesn’t ask what it looks like, doesn’t check lost and found, doesn’t ask for my contact info. Just “no” and I ask once more while she was still on duty. Still “no”. So we decide to leave after a planned event because it all went awry. We check out and there is a new lady at the front desk. Very kind and when I ask her if my wallet was turned in she asked what it looked like, checked the list and found box they apparently have and asks for my name and number in case it turns up. Don’t stay here."
