"I’m sorry to say that as the other reviews the lady working in the pharmacy is extremely rude. This was my second time having an interaction with her and once again was really unpleasant. I decided to change my pharmacy to Howard’s. Another thing that bugged me too is how dirty it is. This is a pharmacy but it looks like since the day it was build nobody cleaned it, look where they have the magazines at the check out…"

"I waited in the drive thru a couple cars from the window for 25 minutes without any movement. I decided to call and ask the pharmacy if the drive thru was open, since I wasn't close enough to see any signs or talk to anyone. The gentleman that answered said "Well, this isn't McDonalds so...." when I asked if the drive thru was open because there hadn't been any movement. I was very polite and friendly and his rude behavior was not warranted. Ive been very disappointed in this location and that was the icing on the cake to prompt me to switch to a different pharmacy. Please do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this location."

"This is my go to CVS! Charlie the Pharmacist is a rock star, he and the staff always go above and beyond with Medication requests, etc. covid vaccines and flu shots always go very smooth here they are adequately staffed and very knowledgeable about what they’re doing. Thanks folks!! New review! I again wanna give a shout out to Charlie and the pharmacy staff at this location. They continue to be so accommodating and are such a wonderful group of people to work with. Many things to you all!! EDIT TO MY PREVIOUS REVIEWS: This is no longer my go to CVS store even though it’s in my neighborhood. I recently found out that Charlie the pharmacist no longer works there. BIG MISTAKE CVS! Many of us that knew him very well will not set foot in your store again."

"They literally don't seem capable of filling a prescription on time. My doctor called in one on the 9th, and I never got the notification for it. Yesterday on the 13th I called twice and was told that it would be ready in two hours. Never got it. This morning I called again and was actually told "We've been busy." Thing is though, this is not the first time it has happened either - and they have told me "We've been busy" before too. I'm going to go somewhere else from now on because this is ridiculous."
