"If I could give Zero stars I would, but don't shop Don't ever shop at the West Georgia Rd Dollar General, manager there doesn't like people with disabilities. Name is Kaila and drinking on the job. She doesn't care about me even though I went in to buy a bag of chips. She's not doing her job right. And She's a complete mean person."

"Went today 2/21/2023 for their penny sale. All the items were taken off the shelf but the chocolate bar that they overlooked. Scanned it and it came up for 1cent.The staff followed behind us to changed the price and remove the remaining candy bars. By the time we got to the check out if came up a $1.00. The other box(s) of candy bars where behind the register in plain sight. The staff was nice enough to remove the item and add it the rest of the candy bars as we were standing there. Truth be told there Point of Sale system will show how great the sale is when their staff buy all the 1 cent items after closing."

"Had to wait while workers went outside to talk. Over 5 minutes. The whole time the bell was ringing to say a customer was waiting up front.Then they came back in didn't apologize but continued on with a personal conversation. Like we were inconvincing them. Forgive me and the other gentleman waiting to pay for our items. Then when I tried to use my discount I was told their machine was down and I couldn't use it. That's not my fault your equipment is faulty. Very bad customer service if you don't let a customer use a discount you advertise because the machine is down. Gesh something told me to go to Walmart. Ewwww!!!!!"

"This Dollar Store was well organized, clean, and aisles where well marked. This was the first Dollar Store I have been inside in years. Overall, I was happy with the selection, prices, and organization. I found what I needed fairly quickly. Customers, checkout clerks, and manager were friendly when a price check was necessary. Some of the items I purchased were a good buy. Others were a reasonable price not a bargain. I did find prices for some kitchenware and home decor to be higher than expected so I did not purchase those. I will continue to check the prices on these items to make sure I am not mistaken on the pricing. I found a couple of outdoor lamps I liked and did not purchase because of the price. However, too be fair, I need to do more research on prices elsewhere for these lamps as it is an item I have rarely seen other than online. If I find the prices to be good, I will return to purchase because the lamps would be perfect on my patio when we spend more time outside as temperatures warm and days lengthen."
