"Went there tonight, Kat was extremely rude, charged me wrong and then wanted to argue with me. Won't be back. The gentleman there that was stocking the shelves was extremely nice though. Kat could learn from him."

"This is one of the most unprofessional family dollar stores that I have ever visited. The customer service is terrible and some people should not be running the store or have a job. You don’t talk to your customers like they’re trash and yell from across the store to leave bc it’s 2 mins past closing. I definitely won’t be recommending this store or decide to come back again. Dollar general down the road is generous and they actually know how to talk and treat people, so I’ll go their. Sickening!"

"I don’t leave bad reviews often. Girl with tattooed arms was on her phone the entire time me and my grandmother were trying to check out. Didn’t acknowledge us nor look at us one time. Then wouldn’t click the button on her end of the register to clear us to check out because she was on her phone not paying attention. After asking multiple times if we needed to do anything else. She got defensive and FINALLY acknowledged us and made us do the car swipe again. Horrible HORRIBLE service. She should be fired"

"When I arrived at Family Dollar store number 8068 at 430pm. There wasn't any vehicles so I didn't think nothing of it. But I see why there wasn't any vehicles in the parking lot because the doors were locked. The employee could've left a note be back or I'm not coming back sign on the door. Umm that's bad for business the owner of that store isn't making no money. As I was pulling out more other vehicles pulling up thinking the store is open which it suppose to be. So unprofessional and I will not come back."
