"Disgusting bugs in bed blood all over toliet room wasn't clean or pleasant or accommodating I would've preferred my refund immediately never got one and I also never stayed I immediately left and the owner refused to give me my refund after showing him the disgusting room I booked on advance traveling"
"What can I possibly say? They, the staff, stole over $600 worth of my belongings. Jewelry, electronics, make-up, a designer bag, and other items. We're talking electric grooming tools, manicure set, my medicine which I need daily to live, whatever else they could get. Management plead ignorance but made statements I am saving for the police report that made it clear they were aware of this behavior and did nothing to stop it. This is a huge loss for me and hit me like a fist to the mid-section. Even as I right this I have begun crying. Hospitality is not a word that should be associated with these people. They are absolute low-life individuals and despicable in every way. I hope all of the bad things in the world happen to them and only to them. Anyone who reads this and yet stays there anyway can't complain about anything that happens to them. I haven't even touched on the incidents of bigotry that I encountered because I don't think they matter enough to most people. The grand larceny should be enough to keep most would be customers away. To sum up: NO ONE SHOULD EVER STAY HERE. THEY ARE THIEVES AS WELL AS HARBOR COMTEMPT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. DO NOT STAY HERE. YOU ARE BETTER OFF STAYING IN YOUR CAR RATHER THAN STAY HERE. IT IS OLD, NOT WELL KEPT, AND OVER-PRICED. THIS IS NOT MONEY WELL SPENT."
"My door wouldn't lock from the outside and I felt like I was intruding on the roach family who lived in the room I was assigned. $65 is way too much to be asking for one day or one night in that room. Traumatizing. Didn't use the bathroom shower any of the dingie towels and I slept with all of my clothes on and my pants tucked in my boots I didn't even pull the covers back"
"Horrible. 2/3 of the employees I spoke to couldn't understand English. They also charged me a $25 damage fee, when I arrived there at 2 am and never even used the shower, bed, tv, etc. It was an odd night... Police had dropped me off there, if that helps paint a picture. I couldn't have slept if I wanted. How they justify a damage fee... No clue. I imagine I didn't even leave dust in the room."
"We knew we were not reserving a Hyatt style room when we booked for the Master’s week. We wanted a clean comfortable room and we received that. Housekeeping was done each day ( Hyatt hotels don’t even do that anymore) and a small continental breakfast was provided which included milk, juices and coffee. Staff was accommodating and friendly. The hotel price was also reasonable to other hotels given Master’s week. Given some of the historical reviews we had our concerns prior to check-in. Our room was fine and we have no complaints."
