"The hotel itself was fine, except that we had problems with our room keys constantly deactivating. We were attending an event at the hotel and so we had to go to the desk multiple times everyday to get cards reactivated again, which would then only work for one or two uses at most. It was aggravating, but I understand that things like this can happen, and it was a weekend so they probably couldn't get anybody in there to deal with the problem before Monday. What rankles though is that when my friend under whose name the room was booked complained to corporate he was told that we would get a partial refund. That did not happen, and when he called to check on it he was told that there was no record of any complaint on file."

"Front of staff was nice and helpful. Lobby and amenities are really pretty. Bartender at the Bar last night seemed annoyed by her customers and was clearly unhappy to serve guests. The noise in the hotel echos loudly so it's not exactly the best place for peace and quiet. Jacuzzi tub was the best part of the room, TVs could be upgraded to smart TVs so I can watch my streaming services."

"As always my room I s well cleaned and comfortable. The front desk provide wonderful service. They were very attentive to our needs. My breakfast attendant Bubba is always pleasant and a gracious host. We love coming to this Doubletree."

"We were here for an event. I would not have stayed here but since the event was in the hotel it was more convenient. First I found numerous hair on my sheets I’m thinking it was maybe the maid. The rug was filthy and requires to be shampooed. The rooms need to be updated very worn down. It look like there was blood on the rug in several spots. Checking in the gal mention a $15 credit for restaurant or bar. Which none was open when we checked in at 3pm or later. The girl never told us we could use it for drinks at the snack area. The next day when they saw their was two of us they up the credit to $30. I did get ice coffee from Kersha at the Starbucks. She needs a raise!!! She was making coffee, getting juice for restaurant people. That area needs more help. She did her best but poor girl was running around. Rico was very helpful and friendly."
