"Staff was friendly. Parking sucks. There’s very limited, narrow spaces available, blocked by construction scaffolding and equipment. Was very difficult to park a full sized SUV. The room. First thing to note is almost no outlets for use. The towel holder was broken and missing. The soap holder was broken off in the shower and no where to hang washcloths. Had to keep shampoo, soap, towels, etc either on the floor or the back of the toilet. Walls are thin, people were loud and partied all night. Hanging out on the balconies smoking, etc. Based on our experience I’d say the owner doesn’t care enough to fix things. Probably just a cash cow for them. We will not stay here again."
"We were here for about 30 seconds before we found a cockroach. The floors were VISIBLY filthy. We turned right back around and left. We had to change our whole trip around. Ended up sleeping in our car. Still haven't gotten a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE."
"This place is a true "you get what you pay for." My husband and I stayed 1nt and we wanted to leave in the middle of the night. We arrived around 3pm. The room was shabby with not many amenities. Our room was next to an ice machine which looked like someone used it to change the motor oil in their car. The elevator looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. It was disgusting. We had to call twice because the people in the room next to ours were fighting. The walls were paper thin we heard everything. This went on thru out the night. And to add insult to injury, when we got home and checked our bill, there was a $15 charge for what the hotel called a service fee. I called and they said it was for the amenities like coffee and shampoo and stuff like that. Shouldn't that be just part of the room price? This place was old, unkept, filthy and I would not encourage anyone stay here. It was close to the beach, but not worth it."
"Very friendly and helpful staff. There was nothing special about the room. It had a microwave and a small refridgerator. Our room opened up very close to the pool gate. The pool goes from 4 ft to 6 ft to 4 ft. I expected the water to be hot, but I was wrong it was cool and refreshing. Salt water system and very clean! The location was great with easy walking distance to the beach and pier, and to great food and stores. Parking is on the ground level. Elevator or stairs to room levels."
"The service and location are absolutely awesome! Rooms are a little dated. Pool was great! Rooms were clean and water was hot. The pressure was okay but not great. No bed bugs but we did see a couple of roaches while there. Definitely not infested or anything but we killed 2-3 in the room. We had no issues finding parking but would agree with some other reviews about the spots being quite narrow. You are not oceanfront but can see the ocean if you walk to the end of the shared, upstairs balcony. Probably less than a 5 min walk to sand. Air worked great and beds were reasonably comfortable. There's definitely nothing fancy about it but we felt safe and management was so personable and helpful but definitely NOT a $200 per night hotel. We paid nearly $800 for Sun-Thurs. Thank goodness we didn't stay on a weekend. At that price you expect better water pressure and not to see ANY roaches in your room. Will not stay here again if we visit the area again."
