"My daughter loved this space. It was perfect for the four of us, way better than any hotel. We enjoyed the easy walk down to the beach before dawn, midday, and at night. The outdoor areas were a nice addition. We grilled out one night and had dinner on their picnic tables. The outdoor shower was convenient for rinsing off beach sand. The owners were friendly and were there for us for whatever we needed."

"We love our annual trip to Tybee Island. The Beacon room at Northend is ideal for us, a fairly large efficiency that enables us to save some money by cooking breakfast and lunch in the room. The bed is comfortable, and the 2 full walls of windows allow us to wake up naturally to sunlight from the Atlantic. A very short 200yd walk to the boardwalk gets us to a quiet beach, and then back to the room to cool off and have lunch. Pat and family are wonderful accommodating innkeepers."

"Don't expect fancy, just a nice little Beach area condo that's close to the beach and amenities. Bar, restaurant, liquor store, convenience store with gas station and ice cream shop are less than a block away. So is beach access. 3-4 blocks to the light house. Condo is on the first floor. Nice building, cool people. Tight parking for larger vehicles, but very convenient. Place is a little run down, but has a great feel. Good sized bathroom and bedroom. Living room and kitchen are small, but cozy feeling. Nothing fancy. Back patio and tiki bar in back are nice and fun. Good, laid back place."
