"My family had an issue with a unit that was beyond Tybee Island Rentals (and the property owners) control. They jumped through hoops to ensure my family enjoyed our time there for a family wedding. After leaving, I realized I left my watch behind. It was in their office waiting to be claimed and they shipped it back to me. This company went well above my expectations and exemplified Southern hospitality. Thank you all!"

"Beware on renting from this company as the units are in very rough shape. Upon checking in, A/C didn't work and room was at 85 degrees. They did come but it wasn't fixed until the next afternoon and spent the night without the temp going below 80. I asked for 1 (not the entire stay) night refund as I thought that was fair. After many phone calls without any follow-up, they always tell you a manager isn't there, manager Julie finally said, we'll give you $50.00 dollars which is pathetic. Filing BBB review and will dispute entire cc charge to them for being unreasonable. I look forward to the response back from them justifying there terrible customer service."

"We stayed at Savannah Beach and Racquet Club through Tybee Island Rentals! Check in was a breeze! You get 2 keys and a key card for the gate! We were in unit 212B(ill include a video of unit) the unit was amazing! We saw dolphins every morning and every night! We had a shrimp boat anchored in front our unit every night! I will recommend it to anyone!"

"The people were fine to deal with, however, their customer service needs work. The rental we had at Lighthouse Point Beach Club which was condo 8B had a busted water line and it wasn't something that had just happened it had been "leaking" for quite some time that was apparent. It was so bad that they had to move us (5 of us) on our 2nd day to a TINY (approx 400sq ft) "cottage" on the other end of the island just to move us back to another condo the next day!! So we lost 2 full days of our vacation just moving! It ended up that they had to replace the hot water tank. All they could say was they were sorry offered nothing for our major inconvenience or lost days nor did the owner of the condo! The owners wouldnt even respond to the email that was sent. We even called VRBO ....nothing. So disappointed in our first visit to Tybee Island."
