"We stopped here on the way back to Florida. We checked in after midnight, front desk woman was a riot! She was hysterical and could probably do stand-up comedy, she was that funny! Room rate was reasonable, room was spotless, sheets were soft and the beds were comfortable! It was right off 95, they take pets for an extra $15, I believe. All in all, it was a great experience and if the opportunity presents itself, we will stay again!"

"H O R R I B L E !!!! That foreign lady at the front desk was the absolute rudest! We asked for non smoking because of our THREE month old!! She insisted a deposit was required with no deposit she would place us in a smoking .. I declined because AGAIN I have a 3 month old!!!! In fact we had previously stayed there a few nights prior and were placed in non smoking with no deposit required. That black people we encountered was very pleasant and nice. I would 100% recommend she seeks employment else where because her pleasant demeanor doesn’t belong with such dark humans.. RUN!!!!! I don’t care if she rented those rooms at $1 a night I would politely PASS. We the people are the ones paying to keep their establishment open.. they should have some respect without the people there would be no peach tree!! Oh and we she told me pay the deposit or stay in non smoking I declined she then said well take your money somewhere else and GUESS WHAT I DID !!!!!! Gladly. Customer service goes a long way."

"The couple who run this place are extremely incompitent. Nothing is clean, there's roaches, the walls are paper thin, and they have such a horrible attitude. I don't know if they don't speak English very well or just don't listen to anyone, but if you ask them any questions they'll never answer it and play dumb or Hang up on you. I accidentally overslept by 20 minites and the lady threatened to charge for another full day and was extremely rude about the whole thing, she kept lying as well saying she attempted to call before I answered. DO NOT STAY HERE, if you see a review higher stared it's fake I promise."

"Staff needs to listen to customer when checking in. I asked for ground floor and was given second floor, had to decline the room because I'm disabled and can't climb stairs. So she had to void the room and put me in a ground floor room. At checkout I asked for an itemized bill and was told the receipt from C/C machine was my bill."

"1st off the price I seen on Google was $58 & I was charged over $80. The lady at the front desk was very rude telling me multiple times I can't smoke in the room & that she has a non smoking room for me....I must look like a stoner... when I got into the room the shower had a steady drip and I was awakened at 2:30am with bed bug bites on my arm and 2 bed bugs on my pillow. I gathered my things and left the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a hotel. STAY AWAY!"
