"I recently had a fantastic stay at the Knights Inn! Competitive pricing, and great service. The outdoor swimming pool was a great as well. Next time I need a night in St. George, I am going to the Knights Inn!"
"Service was great. I need a extra pillow and towels. She even gave me a blanket to fold up. But all the pillows was dirty that was in are room. The bathtub/shower was nasty. Was told they fired a couple housekeepers."
"I gave the service 5 stars bc the girl at the front desk was awesome. The rooms...not so much! There were bugs (dead and alive, I wouldn't use the bathroom, and the TV wouldn't work."
"Absolutely awful. TV doesn't work so I tried to call the office from the room phone but it didn't have any cords. Smelly, just an overall look of disrepair. Definitely not worth the money. It's terrible! Edit - maintenance man fixed the TV, said he didn't know why the phone wasn't hooked up and took it with him. He was very nice and polite. Desk clerk was as well. I found the soap, it was under the ice bucket. Accidents happen."
"Room was fine for an overnight stay. Check in was friendly and quick. Only problem I had was check out time is 11a. I got up early for breakfast around 8. About an hour later came back and the "housekeeping" had gone in my room and stripped my bed and took my toothpaste. Went to the front desk and asked why they went in my room before I checked out. They didn't have a reason and offered nothing for the inconvenience. Odd. Don't leave stuff in your room if you don't want the staff helping themselves. Thankfully I had put most of my things in my car."
