"Making a 2 day trip down the east coast to Florida. Perfect location, gas station with cheapest gas and Waffle House nextdoor. Rooms were surprisingly better then we expected, looking at the place from the outside. Non-smoking room with new non-carpet flooring, bathroom appeared recently renovated, no clogged or slow drains (have had that when paying over $200/night at a hotel). A/C worked just fine (didn’t test heat, but assuming it was ok). Currently (Sept 2024) pool looks like it is closed for the season, but not a necessity at a location like this. Parking is designed to be right in front of your room, and spaces available for U-Haul box trucks (we had 16 ft, but could easily handle 26 ft.). Parking on grass available for tractor trailers. We checked- in at 1am with-out reservations and customer service was prompt and friendly. Definitely a bargain, and again, perfect location for 2 day road trip to Florida."

"We picked this motel at random. They had availability when we stopped! Had a double bed room. It was clean and seems to have been updated recently. Would stay again. It was worth the cost. And the front desk lady was professional and friendly."
