"The 1st visit: Both Wes & Barbara were very kind and considerate. Second visit: Met Dr.Chan, Courteny & Tiffany. Tiffany was very professional and caring even though she was new in her position. I was very impressed with Courteny. She was so competent & professional although she was interacting with patients in the waiting room and on the phone and offering bottled cold water to patients She remained patient & calm and competent. The interactions between staff members and with patients was always warm & friendly. Dr. CHAN was very kind and professional. She was very thorough answering all of my questions even though I was late for my appointment. The office was very clean, calm and organized. I would highly recommend Dr.Chan and her staff to others looking for a caring & competent practice specializing in Senior Care! (I apologize for any staff names that were not spelled correctly.)"
