"I have brought my dogs here for over 11 years. We brought our first dog as soon as she was old enough and spayed. She absolutely loved it there. Staff loved her and treated her like a queen. They were always informative and helpful. She went to day camp 2xs a week for years. We boarded her when we went on vacations, and any time we knew there would be fireworks. She was too busy playing to worry about fireworks. She loved everyone there. Our new puppy loves it there, too. She plays hard and is tired and mostly calm (she is a puppy!) when I pick her up. Hannah is especially thoughtful and goes above and beyond to make the pets feel loved, and the Pet parents feel happy to leave their pets there, knowing they will be taken care of. My friend just boarded his puppy there, and he was missing him, so Hannah sent him pictures of his puppy playing. Service above and beyond!"
"I dropped my dog off and wanted a going home bath. Upon arrival to pick my dog up, I specifically asked about her bath. It was not until then that I was told they could not give her a bath because she has a ponytail (even though the rest of her hair is short). The lady then stops another lady from bringing her out and tries to spray spritz on her. My dog had already spotted me and was crying. The lady apologized for not being informed prior about the bath, and proceeded to give me my dog. However, I had to tell her that it was not my dog’s collar or leash they had been using on her. Once again the lady apologize, but it was too late. I’m not sure if my dog received any of the extra treatments that I paid for. This is not the first time a similar situation has happen. I will be taking my dog somewhere else."
